Tips for linking PCC4U module content to your Blackboard, Moodle or other learning management system site
In order to link any of the PCC4U module content to your learning management system it is first necessary to identify the url of the module content you want students to access. This may be a link to a particular module e.g. module 1, with an in text instruction about what section, activities or videos students need to complete, or it may be a link to the module menu www.pcc4u.org/learning-modules and once logged in to your learning management system:
- turn editing on
- go to the section to add a resource, website, link or url
- fill in the name and a brief description of the site
- follow the prompts to link to the site
- Follow the prompts to save
Tips for adding a PCC4U video to your Blackboard, Moodle or other learning management system site
In order to upload the PCC4U videos to your learning management system it is first necessary to download the video files to your own computer from the PCC4U website. To download the PCC4U video files go to the webpage www.pcc4u.org/index.php/learning-modules/resources/download-videos and:
- right click on the video
- save target as
- rename file for your own use
- save into a folder of your choice on your computer.
Note that the PCC4U videos are .avi file type.
